I don't have a problem with it being backordered, but I do feel I should not have been charged for it until it was in stock and ready to ship. I got charged for this 9/1/18 and now it is 9/13/18 and it still hasn't shipped.

Sep 11,2018Having heart for employees was one of my biggest issues during 15 years of upper management. Seeing it in others is SOOOO refreshing . Employees are the heart of all businesses and if they fail so goes the business. IMO Smart Packaging has a winning concept with a winning product.

I have had every question answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. I also really appreciate that they offer samples so you can test out the packaging before you commit to en entire case. It's also great to know that the entire product line dedicated to being eco-friendly so you know you can trust the product.

They're attractive and durable, and our customers like it that our containers match our commitment to healthy food cooked from scratch. We tried to buy containers locally, but everything was plastic or even worse, styrofoam. Even the "green" plant-based plastic was not recyclable here or compostable except in a distant commercial facility. We are delighted with our containers from Good Start Packaging! They even came more quickly than we expected..

Sep 27,2018I ordered some samples and they noticed I hadn't ordered lids for all of the samples so they included them with no charge... the trays are wonderful, sturdy and presentable. I will be ordering cases of several sizes.
