Jun 19,2018Ordered online. Chatted with rep in their chat box. I found what I was looking for with his help and was happy with site and customer service. Then I got half the packaging. Had to order other half, the lids. It says packaging is sold separately at the bottom, the last thing. Wish I caught it. But I think the experience would have been 100% positive if the rep mention something about the lids. Maybe they will next time?

Jun 13,2018When a box of supplies arrived damaged, we called to let Good Start know. The woman we spoke to was rude and blamed us for the damage. We had to go through a long process and waited almost two weeks until a new box was sent out. Communication was terrible. We are now sourcing from a different supplier.
