May 23,2018Good Start Packaging is a very small team, considering their level of business. (Could /you/ run this business with only 8 team members?) This means the employees should have tight-knitted relationships and nearly flawless communication in order to perform properly -- and they absolutely do! The customer service I receive from this team is beyond belief. It extends past the line of 'what you pay for' and transcends into the realm of true hospitality. When I receive an email from Chris, or need to make a phone call to order or sort out some kinks, it's a highlight in my day. I feel like these people are so happy to be at work, and their happiness spreads like Hydrogen protons in an acidic solution. You won't be disappointed with the quality of the product either... their compostable items make business as a juice bar a little more sustainable, and help us add to Earth's chemical Equilibrium in a direction that supports us all. I would recommend this company to my business partners, friends, family, and even to my dog. Wouldn't you like to see that pitch? Bork Bork!

Historic Nehrling Gardens likes to use 100% compostable products at its fundraiser "Corks, Caladiums and Canvases" wine, food, foliage and art walk thru the gardens. We were able to get plates, napkins, cups and utensils that were 100% compostable at a decent price. They were delivered on time and in good condition.

May 02,2018The service is great. The delivery is punctual. The products (4oz. plastic cups and lids) are good but a little flimsy and you have to attach lids gently. The only problem I have with this product is that my local municipal composter can't handle this kind of organic plastic so it will end up in the landfill. I hear that the West Coast has industrial strength composting systems that attain a high enough heat to break down #7s like this. I would give more stars if my local composter could handle these cups. Really it's my fault for not checking ahead of time. Live and learn.
