We are so happy we found this company. We thought we could get away with napkins for the wedding cocktail hour but ended up needing actual plates. We didn't want to rent additional plates due to cost so we purchased the sample of the 7" and 9" disposable plate with built in beverage holder. Score! We tried them out and ended up ordering the package of 7". My fiancée is an environmentalist, which helps me be one as well, and I was so stoked to share with her what the plates are made of. Win and win! Super thank you to Good Start Packaging! It's these things that people find memorable at a wedding, not to mention helpful with the wine glass holder. So thanks for being part of that.

I had really wanted to give this company a chance, however, not only did the first two items take longer than expected to ship, I am still waiting for the third item. Up till yesterday, there was no communication from the company regarding this item, but now I am told that it is going to be shipped out. I will most likely stick with ordering from amazon.prime as my orders arrive in a more timely fashion and if there is a backorder or problem, their communication keeps me in the loop

Good Start has the most competitive pricing and their customer service is excellent! I needed items shipped out quickly, and instead of charging me for the 1 day shipping (which I was totally prepared to do),the customer service rep did her research and gave me the option to pay a MUCH smaller fee to have the items shipped out from the warehouse even though it was after hours. THAT is good customer service. My items arrived on time, in perfect condition, and were exactly how they appeared on the website. We've been able to use them in the oven as described, which is an incredible time saver. Thank you Good Start Packing!!
