Apr 12,2017I love the packages from Head Start! They work perfectly with my heat sealer, and I love that they are made with a plant-based cellulose that is biodegradable. Makes me feel good about using these for my food items. I'm Always happy with my purchases and the people over the phone are always polite, patient and happy to help. Makes a huge difference when the person you are talking to sounds friendly. I've been known to not do business with companies that have employees that are rude over the phone. So these things are important to me. Highly recommended!

Apr 01,2017Regarding the company and customer service everything is fine. The only problem is that I used to order the 24 Oz burrito bowls and had no problem with them, but now I serve larger portions and have to get the 32 Oz burrito Bowl and it really lacks strength when it comes to closing it with the lid, the lid work fin when the bowl is empty, but when you serve food in it the lid doesn't hold well and that is a little frustrating for customers and me as well.

Mar 21,2017I called customer care to see if they could be of service and was actually connected to the CEO, Ken. He was extremely rude, refusing to help us. So we will take our business elsewhere. Its disheartening to know how a CEO, who should hold the highest standard for customer care, can push aside a customer so easily. The rep I was working with extremely helpful, so they can attribute this loss of business to the lack of priorities that Ken displayed.

Mar 11,2017I'm still glad I purchased this product, but I wasn't thrilled with the way it arrived. It was shipped in a box too big for the product, so during shipping it tumbled around inside the box. As a result, when I opened it after arrival, a large quantity of the bags on the roll had come unraveled from the roll. I hope you will consider rethinking how you box up products to ship so that things like this don't happen.
