We recently ordered packaging for our meal delivery service through GoodStart Packaging. Eco-friendly options are important to our customers, so we were looking for a packaging supplier who could provide a range of eco-friendly packaging. They have a beautiful catalogue and website that make it easy to view and compare the wide range of choices. They were very quick to send samples (there is a $2 fee per sample but it comes free shipping and super quickly). Placing the order is a breeze online. We had a bit of a delay in delivery due to weather, and their communication to us about it was great. I love their customer service - very easy to reach by email or phone and always a quick response.

My order was just some samples of the various clear plastic containers but it all arrived quickly and the quality of the product seems to be good, similar to what you would see in a grocery store from a major brand.

The product status could be improved with more information. It said it was pending and I had to call in for my order to get shipped out. When I called in before ordering and about shipping, the two reps were very helpful and friendly.
