Received a vase as a gift and they won't exchange or return except to the person who purchased the item. Imagine going back to the person who gave you something and asking for a receipt, or worse still as the girl on the phone suggested, refunding the giver and then asking them for the another gift! Sharp contrast to OKA who not only accepted a return, but provided a gift voucher (at full value, rather than the sale price showing on their website at the time). They didn't require a receipt or proof of purchase. Grand Illusions need to get with the expectations of internet commerce in 2021.

Aug 04,2022I bought two items from this online shop. Despite being very expensive, one didn't work at all, the other did not appear as it was advertised. Customer service was very poor. They didn't seem to have any interest and no apology given for selling me a faulty product or offer to replace it. I will not buy from there again. Again, in their response to my review, they have offered the most basic courtesy of apologising for selling me a faulty product. According to the reviews on their own website page, other people have found this product to be faulty also, which is very suggestive.
