I am really very happy with Anfernee(Fern) The customer service personnel. He was prompt and understanding. His customer service went above and beyond. I am very happy with the out come. My experience with Newair was very good. Definitely Five star for customer service by Anfernee Lisbey (Newair) Thank you so much I really appreciate it.

Ionie helped me out with an issue concerning a small fridge that I had bought. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ionie offered a fair resolution to the issue, which I greatly appreciated.

Great fridges and even better customer service. Needed a small part and Hilary was on top of it to get me taken care of. She responded super fast and was a pleasure to deal with. I wont look anywhere else for my next fridge, Newair is top notch.

New air has the humidifier pads that I need! I could not find this info on the website however. I called Home Depot that sold my humidifier and they provided a Newair phone number. Service on the phone with Laurailee was excellent.

I called the support line this morning. I didn't get through to a person and was asked to leave a message. Rather than doing so, I decided I would call back later. In the meantime, Hilary contacted me directly and helped me with my matter. Very great customer service! ***Update**** 2 weeks later. No one from the company will tell me why the product that I purchased 14 days ago hasn't been shipped nor do they know when it will be shipped. When asked for more detail to understand, the chat agent asked me, "do you want to cancel the order?" When I told him no, that I want a status of my order, I got, "There is a delay as they are doing an inventory count and are meeting other obligations at this time."

The advisor was wonderful. She was very knowlegable about the product and was able to source replacement parts that I could not locate locally. I will be very happy to have the unit repaired and operational again soon.

I worked with Hilary at NewAir for the past few months to work on problems I was having with my new wine refrigerator. She was very professional and also got back to me immediately on the issues I was having. I am super satisfied with how everything was handled by her.

I had an unfortunate issue with my new garage heater (G73) and worked with Hilary from NewAir to get it sorted out. This was among my top 5 best support experiences ever. Hilary was very responsive and informed. She quickly understood the issue and helped me figure out my options. When a replacement unit ended up out of stock she offered me a fabulous alternative. I am so thankful I went with NewAir for my garage heater needs - their support is top notch!

Ordered an ice maker through a third party vendor, it did not work. Called Newair directly and spoke with customer service representative Ionie Castro. She was absolutely wonderful. Guided me through some quick troubleshooting and once it was determined the unit was not going to work sent me a new one which works beautifully.

Customer service was terrific! I received a product that arrived damaged, called Newairs customer service toll free number, and I was immediately coonected to Ionie, the agent, without being placed on hold. So rare! She explained the process to file a claim, processed it immediately, sent me emails requesting photos of the damage, and then completed the claim, emailed confirmation, and then spoke to me on the phone again to confirm. Couldn't have been easier. Thank you Iona!
