I found the furniture I wanted cheaper somewhere else and I provided the information and we were able to work something out. Now just wait for my pieces to come... can't wait. Jun 01,2022Start to finish, you guys have been great. We ordered big bedroom set during the Rona and it was delayed a year. Your team was terrific at keeping us informed, so much so that we understood and didn't mind the delay. Then came the most excellent rep, Faith. We had minor damage to one item. She babysat us through the process and was our advocate. Hence we have now ordered two other pieces from you and undoubtedly will order more in the future. So here's the deal: promote Faith, give her a raise. Count us as loyal forever.
