Feb 11,2014Once was shown how to choose the map I needed, it proved to be very easy to manipulate the area required, the added extras I wanted and there was an immediate cost for the information which was cheaper than my usual supplier. I use .dwg files which were available for downloading immediately. What could be easyier!

Feb 04,2014I find the web site really annoying as there is no explanation as to how to operate it just a simple paragraph would have been good, it just assumes you are very computer savvy, it took some while of going around in circles before I got the map I wanted, I would have given up if it wasn't for the very reasonable price. Also the lines on the PDF map I downloaded weren't particularly clear, not a patch on the paper copies I normally have sent to me, and it isn't due to my printer. The last annoying thing to mention is that the North point on my map obscured a road name that I needed - why isn't this located at the side of the map!

Jan 30,2014We found the site easy to use and having the ability to see exactly what you were getting for your budget was excellent. The site was a bit slow, but that didn't really concern us. The information we downloaded was excellent.

Jan 30,2014Found .MAP easy to use to download maps, and also review other types of export and different scales. Like that you can download just a black and white .dwg without colour and comes into Cad at the right scale. Didn't use the report option. The grid referencing tool didn't work to find the address so although good if you have a postcode could be time-consuming if not. Not sure how it compares price-wise to other mapping software however seems very reasonable.

Jan 22,2014They offer a product (not always available with other similar suppliers) which is height data in text format. This data makes our lives much easier when we have to do a 3d model with a terrain. Site has a very good design, it's very easy to understand and navigate. Being able to see how the cost of a map in real-time, depending on the area we're marking up, it's a real bonus. On the downside, site is super slow and sometimes doesn't even want to open.

Nov 13,2013Downloaded a dxf OS Master Map easily. However, the selection window didn't really zoom out enough to see the whole site, and had to scroll around to draw the box. Also, the coloured version visible on screen only imported as a black & white line drawing, so need to take a look at file settings to see if this is at my end? Finally, the order basket didn't allow me to add more than one map before paying. Tried to add a second site, but then lost the 1st one. Costs appear comparable to other suppliers, and will probably use again.

Nov 09,2013sincere telephone introduction-I usually hang up! simply placed two factors in front of me that ensured I tried the service [she didn't know this I think] : competitive price for 1:1250 site plans which is what I use a lot and the fact that you can view the extract before purchase which is always useful. not so straightforward to find the planning submission extract on the website. almost instantaneous download. don't think they offered me my promised discount though!
