I bought four pairs to give as gifts and they are HUGE. Because there is no arch they are flat and uncomfortable, also. I am returning these because my family members each had an unpleasant experience upon first trying them on. Too bad, as I had high hopes for these slippers. I am bummed that I have to pay to ship back a product that in my eyes is mis-sized. Why make them so large? I don’t understand this at all.

I like the shoes and customer service was Fast and good when returning a pair of putback slippers I purchased for my partners for Christmas. They were small so exchanged for the next size up but they didn't seam to be any bigger. Sizing is not ture to size.

For the price point, these are reasonably well made. I live in South, FL and live in Flip-flops, they hold up well. This was is my 3rd pair. 1st pair blew out after 6 mos of heavy use. 2nd pair still going but the print has worn mostly off. Brings me to my 3rd pair. I wait for sales.

Service ok - no kudos or complaints. But I'm going to this opportunity to complain about the fact that almost every model flip flop I wanted was out of stock in my size - US10. That's a pretty common size so I don't know why nowhere that I checked did they have stock. I understand that this is an Australian company which means we should be in the peak of beach season down under. And yet . . . no stock.

These are so sturdy...and they have great grip and tread on the bottom so you don't slip on anything. They look rather warm, but they don't overheat my feet at all, which is a "feat". Hehe. A little pun there. :)
