Dec 18,2020I usually wear size 8.5 but I decided to try size 8 and it was perfect fit , little wide but very comfortable! I love the price and versatility of the slippers: indoor / outdoor. Will shop again!

Dec 17,2020Outstanding customer care and service. I ordered Gumbies, inspired by an Instagram Black Friday ad. The promotion was running after Black Friday and I thought it simply a clever P.R. twist. The terrific deal was not reflected in my checkout cost. I ordered anyway, and, also, alerted the company to suggest they pull the promotion. Nicole D., in customer care, promptly responded and honored the Black Friday promotion that had inspired my order. I received my package within the week. I cannot wait to gift to my family members. I will most likely order a pair for myself, as I anticipate them loving the coziness of their Gumbies slippers.

I was an annoying customer and reached out to them to inquire about the status of my delivery...even though we are in a pandemic and it's the holidays so any delays are totally understandable. Gumbies responded quickly and was empathetic and kindly validated my concerns. And my order arrived the very next morning! So my impatient message was not even necessary! My friend who received the slippers also LOVED them, so they were well worth the wait.

Dec 11,2020Sixteen days have gone by since I ordered two pairs of Gumbies slippers from the Gumbies USA website. I still have not received them and I'm wondering if I ever will. If I had ordered from Amazon or Wal-Mart, they would have been delivered within a day or two. Never again.

Dec 11,2020Bought them for my mom and she loved them. They are light and warm. Well made. So of course I got a pair and they are my everyday slipper as well as a comfortable errand running slipper. I've received many compliments on these. I told them to go to gumbies.com and check out all the cool stuff. Will be putting in a order for some flip flops soon.
