I love the renewed energy I have daily and I feel so much more relieved from a gut standpoint. Vital Reds tastes good as I have some each morning or before during dinner. I also cannot live without my Bio-Complete 3 (great product) - FINALLY a real doctor who REALLY cares so much he backs everything up with his name! Thanks Dr Gundry you’re a marvel!

Dec 30,2024I just love this olive oil. At first, it was kind of a hard taste to get used to but if you “stick” to it (which it won’t let you, pun intended lol) then you’ll get used to it. Basically, an acquired taste! However, the health benefits are everything Dr. Gundry says, finally a honest doctor who understands what it takes to make a great product. I’m sold & will be ordering more! Not only does it do what Dr. Gundry says it’s going to do but the cooking with it brings out the flavours of the spices & makes whatever you’re cooking taste fantastic! I love it!

Dec 29,2024Reversing the acidity that has built up in the body is my #1 goal and a good quality Omega 3 supply such as your olive oil is a major player. Other factors I found is to eliminate "vegetable oils" that has been challenging and some types of foods Chicken a clear example which supposedly is healthy can lead to an acidic condition if not consumed in moderation Be aware that omega3 nuts and some weeds growing in some yards like mine (purslain) are rich in omega3 for a short time Freezing the nuts such as macadamia walnuts pecans pine etc will keep much longer. I use mason jars with a tight seal. Most nuts thawing takes 10-20 minutes

Dec 29,2024I am on my second Bottle(new customer) of the Polyphenol Rich olive oil and on the very first bottle I noticed a tremendous difference in the pain in my shoulder. Long ago I fell backward coming out of my patients home on a thin layer of ice I didn't see.( Im a retired Registered Nurse) I thought I broke my arm or dislocated it at the time, I lost a lot of upper arm strength due to this fall over the years...I .went to doctors and had cortisol and physical therapy which helped very little or none. .I have suffered since with this intense deep pain in this shoulder which apparently never healed properly due to my job of constant lifting and assisting my patients with walking and moving in bed. . This olive oil decreases my pain almost 75%!!!! mY range of motion has greatly improved .....its almost a miracle !!!! I take a tablespoon medicinally every day three times a day and I have pain relief that is just amazing. I don't want to be without this oil because at 68 and still trying to be active I don't want to have pain to slow me down. It took about two weeks for me to notice how good my shoulder was starting to feel. And I noticed if I stop or don't take my 3 tablespoons consistantly ...my pain returns..so this is no doubt proof that this olive oil is great !! Its just incredible. I am so anxious to receive my next bottle!!. I've taken many supplements for pain and did so much to help myself.. but this is just amazing. its my RELIEF in a bottle! Dec 29,2024First of all, I like the rather tart taste. It also makes me feel better. I don't take it before bedtime as it gives me bad cramps. Small price to pay when you just take the olive oil at a different time. I also have more energy now. Been taking this goodie for over 3 months now.

Dec 28,2024ProPlant Shakes has helped my energy level and I have started to loose weight. I have even shared some of my bottles with family and friends. I have to be careful in trying new herbal meds as I am allergic to shell fish (sulfa) and mushrooms, so there are many things I can’t take safely. It would be helpful if you made the contents and ingredients more easily available.

Dec 27,2024Very disappointed with the Bio Complete. I had done research based on the symptoms my husband and have and Dr. Gundry’s Bio Complete had come up. I ordered a 3 month supply and we both have noticed no difference. It was very expensive and I’m very disappointed :/

Dec 31,2024Love the taste. I look forward to this as if makes me less hungry and curbs my appetite. Only issue is that even after I stir for a long time there are clumps that stick to side of glass. Taste wonderful.
