After I watched the olive oil video, I already knew that your special extra virgin olive oil was what I needed when you mentioned that it contains polyphenols and all the other health benefits. I am now on my 4th bottle. It has helped my bloating, tummy tightness, and digestive issues after eating meals. My tummy is getting flatter and soft. My sleep is better. The EVOO has cleared and brightened my skin complexion. People stop me in the mall to ask what I am using on my skin. It has curved my appetite making me feel fuller plus much more. I sprinkle the oil on all my foods. I feel like a brand new person every day waking and feeling refreshed. I believe that my body is being reset! I love Dr. Gundry's special EVOO and it loves me! Dec 20,2024I ordered 3 bottles and love the unique taste. I am from Canada so the olive oil is very expense. I take the olive oil with me when I go out for lunch and splash it on my salad.

Dec 19,2024Customer Service Supervisor ~ “Patti” Condescending and Belittling attitude is not acceptable. Regardless of how good a product performs if the customer is not treated with respect he or she will go elsewhere. Large order placed on 12/7/24 (12 units purchased) failed to deliver so two calls were made due to product not arriving as expected. Patti the fourth person I speak to and the second supervisor (on a long winded 25min customer service call) decides to lecture me on delivery company’s standards of performance … instead of finding a win~win solution to my problem. I was speechless. Patti goes into meticulous detail on how shipment companies do “not have 4 hour windows?” What does that mean? Not the best approach to take if the desire is to deescalate the customers rising discontent. The conversation turns south when “Supervisor Patti” attempts to educate me on how to use the tracking emails. Really? Businesses must screen carefully those that interact with their customers. Fortunately the calls are all recorded. As I am not in the business of rewarding bad behavior I will take my business elsewhere. Subscription cancelled.

You trial something expensive from Gundry MD (such as pre-biotics) and then unbeknownst to you it is "subscribe and save" and your children's Christmas money is suddenly removed from your account. They offer you a 30% discount when they should give you a refund. And even if its a refund you have to ship back to the USA at your own expense. I also got severe abdominal pain from the product.

Dec 16,2024I have be using MCT Wellness for over 60 days and have not received any noticeable described benefits. Thought I’d give it a try after having knee replacement surgery and starting back to my gym routine and trying to lose a few lbs.. Weight was 225 and after the 60 days was just about the same. There has been no increased energy levels or reduction in appititite as touted in the infomercial. I feel as though I’ve wasted $140 on what I’d hope would be a beneficial supplement. MCT Powder doesn’t completely dissolve,is to sweet and leaves an unusual aftertaste. Won’t try any Gundry products again. Will attempt to get a refund…..will see if it’s possible or if I’ll get a runaround.

Dec 14,2024Total joke of a company. I ordered 3bottles of overpriced oil and they were terribly spoiled. Smelled the room up when opened. I threw them away and now a year later my mother n law got the same oil. It is great. I reached back out to let them know mine was in fact bad. They said it’s been over 30 days. Money hungry business. This is obvious since they will not let u hang up without trying to sell you 20 products. Would not attend a free seminar put on by this flake if it was across the street.

Dec 14,2024I honestly like the products that Dr. Gundry sells. Pro plant protein powder did cause me some digestion issues but I haven't returned it yet because I'm going to keep trying. Customer service, I haven't had to deal with much until this last order of phytocollagen complex that I put in over a month ago. I received an email that it was out of stock and that it should deliver on the 10th or be able to be sent out on the 10th. I never got an email confirmation that it was being shipped or anything but I did get a promotional offer via email for free jars of the same product that was back ordered. I waited another week and still never got any kind of confirmation so I called. The customer service was horrendous when I asked about the free promotional jars and why mine wasn't being sent. All they kept telling me was that it would be going out on the 26th of December which 16 more days than originally communicated. I also never got any kind of updated email or anything of the like. I asked her several times how they could give away free jars and not send my jars out that I had paid for well over a month before. Obviously their promotions take a higher priority over their paying customers that have already paid for a product and not yet received it. Very disappointing. The customer service rep was unapologetic. No sympathy. Didn't care. Couldn't say anything, whatever her deal was. It was a horrible horrible experience as a customer who's already paid for a product, Not getting any communication about it and sees that the company is giving away free jars of the product that I am waiting on. Shame on you Dr gundry.

Dec 11,2024I really need some help with regards to taking the bio complete 3, I have had two serious stomach problems in the last 6 weeks, I have been taking these for 12 weeks. The first problem I had was extreme stomach cramps, which resulted with being violently sick throughout the night and wiped out for almost a week, I thought it was a bug, but then I had it again last week and ended up in a&e, currently undergoing some tests for this, but I am definitely worried about these tablets, I hope I can get the 90 day refund back as I have bought 6 bottles! Half way through my 3rd and all this has happened :-(

Nov 28,2024Just wondering if anyone has taken Bio Complete 3 yet and if it helped with gut problems. I started off slowly taking 1 tablet per day just to ease into it. After about 2 weeks, although the gas in my stomach was better, my stomach became bloated and I looked like I was 6 months pregnant. Therefore I have ceased taking them for the moment. I contacted Customer Care on 11 November 2024 and haven't heard back from them even though it is now 28 November (2 1/2 weeks later). My bloating is still evident even though I am not taking the tablets. Please let me know if anyone else has experienced a problem with the product.

Nov 24,2024I had a disappointing experience. I paid for olive oil and four weeks later the product did not arrive. I emailed repeatedly and tried to ring the customer phone number to request a refund but the number is non-existent (I live in the UK). Nobody replied to any of my emails. Five weeks later the package arrived in the UK, but I had to pay £65 customs and excise charges before receiving my package. The oil is excellent I assume (although unusually strong) and I have no doubt that I will benefit, but the whole experience has somewhat left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Nov 23,2024Charged my credit card without notifying me of a shipment scheduled to be sent which was 2 months before it was due. I called to cancel the order immediately after receiving an email of the charges from my bank. Customer service rep put me on hold 3 times and told me it was too late to cancel. She was extremely rude and when I asked her for her name she hung up. I received the order and an email with a Return Auth form which instructed ME to pay for the return shipping for THEIR error. I’ve called twice to cancel and was mislead with the first call and the second call hung up on me after putting me on hold. I cannot afford to have companies charging my credit card at their whim for illegitimate reasons. FYI: you cannot cancel your account or remove your credit card number from their online site, you MUST speak with customer service. Update: received an email from the company on Dec. 4th which requested that I contact customer service to straighten out this error, which I did the same day. Never heard back. Still out the charges for the product I was charged for and did not order (over $125.00).

Nov 22,2024I ordered two different supplements from this company. I took them for almost 2 months. Instead of making me feel better or doing what they claim, they made me sick. So much so that I saw a doctor who ordered an upper endoscopy. I cancelled my subscriptions and called customer service to get an Return Authorization for 7 unopened bottles of product, within the 90 day return policy. They refunded me for 4 bottles, but not the other 3. These supplements are expensive and they owe me about $140. I have emailed customer service and no response. Stear clear of this company. I have purchased from several other supplement companies both with and without subscriptions and they are ethical and do the right thing. This company is not ethical and I question any of their claims.

Nov 21,2024I bought 2 products 3 jars of each. start with MCT wellness and Vital Red. I start taking the MCT wellness and absolutely do see any changes. I have been using it for over a month now and no change at all. it is not worse it at all. However, my biggest problem is when i decided to return the second sets of red Vital. I emailed the support team that I would like to return the product and they responded to me the next day with the form to fill and ship the product back. I did and I paid over $40 to track it. since it arrived to them 3.5 weeks ago I have not heard from them again. I sent many emails to the support team and see no response at all. very disappointed at their services and their product. will not use it or recommended to any one.

Nov 20,2024I am on the fence about Gundry products. They are VERY expensive, (and yes, I know about their membership prices). He speaks in VERY LONG convincing videos about what our bodies need, but if we were to follow everything he suggests we would be taking up to 10-12 pills a day! (Different Sales pitches for different health benefits) I have written in and inquired about what is the best option for weight loss and healthy living... and I get sent more sales pitches. I enjoy the MCT Wellness, but I can't say I've lost weight with it. I take the Bio Complete 3... but is it doing more than a regular probiotic? Today I started Omni Slim which is another expected 3 pills a day for weight loss. So my question.... is Dr. Gundry a pill pusher making lots of money off of people trying to get healthy? And the Olive Oil.... I have 3 bottles of that too... and the taste is horrific! It would cost me more to return them, so I am taking a back seat on Gundry. The LONG videos to get a 3 minute answer is over the top.... they drag on and on.... just get to the point!

Nov 14,2024I have looked into and talked as well as read many Physicians View on Dr Grundy's supplements and his books. They absolutely refute his claims and call it pseudoscience.
