May 07,2021The men who installed our gutters were prompt, curteous, efficient, and finished the job in good time. They took away all the old gutters and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend this company.

May 07,2021Impressed with how the workers were very professional and courteous. The gutters and domes look very nice. The only complaint is there are a few open spots where the hangers are, that don't have mesh completely covering the gutters.

May 02,2021I already had left and right length of the house gutters. They installed front and back ones. Explain to them what I would like and how I would like the downspouts. They went to work and we’re done in two hours! They used 50 year warrantied silicone on the existing and the new gutters. Also cleaned the old and new gutters!! I couldn’t believe they worked on the old gutters just like the new ones!! Feel very lucky to have used their services👍

May 02,2021The sales experience, install, and product are great. The only complaint is that the installers showed up a few hours after they were expected. They said they tried to call about the time change but I never received a message. I would still recommend the company but with a heads up about this issue.

Apr 30,2021They came out. Gave me a quote. He was very polite and friendly. Gave me direct answers to my questions and did not get pushy at all. They came out and installed them in three-ish hours which I thought was super quick. The guys that did the work were also polite and friendly. They went over everything. Did the install. Walked around to show me and answer my questions before they left. Easy!! I highly recommend Gutter Logic!!!

Apr 28,2021The salesman uses heavy handed tactics, including denigrating the workmanship and materials of competitors, even if he doesn't know who he's talking about. The first subcontractor sent said he couldn't even do the job. I do appreciate the honesty, I've got to give them that. The subcontractors that finally showed up at 7:30 PM or so Saturday night and worked until 10:30 PM, (surely thrilling my neighbors) did do an excellent job, and the work was done to the contract specifications. How they did it in the dark, I'll never know.

My husband did at first have some difficulty communicating what we expected to the person in charge of this project, but after calling the representative we initially spoke to, it was resolved.

Apr 27,2021We didn't have any problem getting someone to give us a quote on the gutters and covers that we inquired about. The problem we did have was getting someone here to install them. Promised certain dates and never showed up or called. Husband called again and got another date. I did receive a call from the workers that were scheduled to be there on a certain date. Said they are running behind. I said no show today cancel the order. Promised me they would be there for sure and they did show up. Once here they took their time and cleaned up the old pieces and parts. I would give them a try. Robert and Sandy
