Came out, gave quote and it was acceptable. Gutters were installed next day. Quick easy, transparent and quick turn around time. Highly recommend

The installers did a great job. There was some confusion when they arrived they asked me what needed to be done because one of the installers did not understand what the sales rep sketched.

I went with my instinct and gave it a shot and went with Gutter Logic. Overall I would say average because of my experience, but there were a few things that had to be addressed. Like anything in life we all have to make sure it is done the right way. Especially for as much money as I paid for two down spouts and two seamless gutters for the front and back of my house with the gutter dome. I have had a lot of problems with my gutters so far! The water sits in the gutters! Clogging! My down spouts need to come down more and away from the side of my house! I had a a lot of ice and a huge ice damn this Winter. I have very good insulation in my house and this Winter was just horrible with having to constantly take down icicles. The standing water was terrible! I call and get told I will get a call back and I do not! A lady tells me her name and that is not even her name. I am disappointed! All I want is my gutters to work properly!

Quality product and expert installation. Some extra interaction as my 100-year-old home had some gutter challenges, but the company communicated well with me and even worked with my specific desires for downspout placement. Additionally, the price was fair. I had a few quotes from other companies that were astronomically inappropriate.

Gutter Logic was out the next day to install the new gutters. They were very professional and very respectful of our property. They did a great job of cleaning up. Very happy so far with our new gutters.

We needed gutters replaced and a redesign of our front entrance gutter configuration. The representative that met with us was very professional and explained everything well. There were absolutely no high pressure sales techniques. After analyzing our needs, two options were presented with different price points (but, again, no pressure). The technician that installed the new gutters was very efficient and polite, and cleaned up every scrap. We are very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend this company.

good fast work . not the least expensive but gutter logic did have the best design for my needs and an outstanding guarantee. installers even stayed late to finish up. up coming week of possible rain so that will be the real test.

The installer did a great job. Very knowledgeable and courteous. The only issue I had was that he didn't have enough material. This was not his fault. He was going by the measurements given and they evidently were not accurate.

We went through home advisor web site (first time). Phone blew up - won't do that again. We got several estimates and chose Gutter Logic based on the salesman's assurance that our problem could be solved with a slight modification. All quotes were comparable. We changed our schedule - moving our afternoon appts to the morning so that we would be home in the afternoon for our 1:00 appt. Got a call at 9:00 from the installer wondering where we were. Rushed home only to find them gone to another job. Another crew showed up in the afternoon (a local sub-contractor) and advised us that the Gutter Logic salesperson was incorrect. Our problem could not be corrected with gutter modifications. We felt bad that the guy drove over an hour for a job that was not going to happen so we let him do the re-hang / re-seal tune-up (can't remember the real name of it), which we over paid for. Can't really say if the work is correct or not - hasn't been long enough. They did forget to re-anchor one of the downspouts to the side of the house though. Bottom line - Find somebody local. It will be cheaper, it will be estimated by somebody who knows what they are doing, it will not be scheduled by somebody in a different state, and in the end the work is going to be done by a local sub anyway. Deal direct.

The guys showed up as we were leaving for a doctor's appointment .The gob was all done and cleaned up when we got back .They did what we wanted.We did not get a chance to thank them as they were gone by then. So if you say thank you for us that would be good.Looks good! Denis

Having an older house (built in 1989) and not knowing if the previous owners ever replaced or took care of the gutters is what made us want to look into new gutters in the first place. Plus living in a heavily wooded area we were in desperate need of a durable gutter guard. We scheduled several appointments to obtain quotes and Gutter Logic was the first to come out. They were easy to work with to schedule the appointment, and Brian was not only on time, but even a bit early! Before he did his walk around the house we spoke about what exactly we wanted then he was off to measure and get an estimate. When he came in we sat down and he took us through the companies awards and made sure we understood what kind of product we have now versus what the gutters they use are like. He showed us all the competition’s guards, including a couple companies we had scheduled to come out later in the week and explained why theirs was better. My husband knows his metals from working in manufacturing and said himself that the metal they use and protectants are high quality and durable. If my husband is sold right away then you know it’s a good product! Brian explained that they aren’t the cheapest you will find but certainly not the most expensive, so we agreed that we were fine paying for a quality product. The estimate was fair and we were even able to get a discount from using Angie’s List to find them! We also got an additional discount for being flexible on our installation, which by the way, happened the NEXT DAY! They have great financing options and a discount if you want to pay in full. Both Brian and Tim (manager) were super personable and easy to work with. Honestly the product sells itself when up against all the others. Needless to say we signed and called the other companies to let them know we no longer needed their quotes. As I mentioned before they installed the new gutters and gutter guards the next day! It only took about 3 hours. The guys who handled the installation were very nice and professional. He even came to me when they were on the last bit and mentioned that we had some rot behind the gutter and we could either have them replace it or call someone else to do it and they would come back to finish the install. I went ahead and had them handle the repair, I’d prefer it’s done correctly. Brian called to let me know it would be repaired at no extra charge! Overall I think it’s a great product with great salesmen and installation teams! The lifetime warranty shows that they are confident in their product and work. I really appreciate all their help!!

Had gutters installed. Crew showed up early in the day and finished in a timely manner. Gutters are installed very well. Crew was professional and cleaned up everything as expected. Would recommend to all.

I have called Gutter Logic in Ohio about the damage done with my gutters. I have called 7 times and the Call Center must not forward my calls. I am going to call Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau and then maybe Gutter Logic of Ohio will call me back! Our gutters haven't even been on our home for a year and have already fell off!!! My comment was deleted yet nobody called me back. What is the deal? What are they hiding? What's wrong with their Customer Service Dept? I need someone to call me back and come out and repair these gutters. Beware of the Customer Service Dept. The man told me " Good Luck" In getting passed him and finding a way to get ahold of Gutter Logic of Ohio. I will call whoever I can to get answers. I will not be ignored. WE paid good money to have these gutters installed. Thank You, Heidi Viola
