May 08,2020I'm not pleased with this product. when there is heavy rain the water goes over the gutter and floods my front porch. I didn't have that problem before the gutters were installed. It also does the same on a section on my back porch.

May 05,2020The estimate appt was wonderful with Moses. Very knowledgeable. He gave a great presentation . Knew his job well. Appt for the job was timely made and completed. Work was done professionally. Only difficulty is when u are having problems with a 30 year warranty. You don’t get a timely return phone call. Calls go into the Csll Center. Then foreward to installation. Never received return phone call. Until I said I would put hold on check.. which I had to do. They were out within an hour. Yes there was an installation issue . It was corrected immediately

Apr 27,2020The installer installed the gutter Looked distorted could not explain why. The replace gutter in the front of my house looked so different then the way the gutter looked before being replaced. I kept getting the answer had to be pitched a certain way. I explained that the only problem I had with the old gutter is that it was dripping too much water in the center because the gutter was bent. I was talked into paying for work that was not needed. I had someone look at the gutter and was told that the very area I was concerned was not raised in the right position. When I called the company I was told that the installer said he did it the way I wanted. I was told if they return it would cost me an additional $125. The contract stated they would return up to a year with no cost. I paid way to much for one gutter $1328. I feel because of this pandemic I was taken advantage. I will never use anyone from home advisor again.
