I tried to cancel but was told that I would get two item a month for the price of one. It hasn’t matter because the two items I received were not in season or stylish in my opinion. It was last years style. I’m just not impressed in the last 6 months. I’m ready to leave.

I really love Gwynnie Bee for the cool designer clothes that I am able to wear without paying the ridiculous prices. My only concerns are the hem lengths of your cute dresses are too high for the average full figure hips, legs, and butt and thighs. Cute, but too short. Also, by the time most of my favorite items get to me it is a summer dress in the heart of fall or winter, and it is not ok for me to wear the item. I've recently sent two items back right away due to this issue. And last but not least, the most favorite items are too high to have been rented to purchase. thanks.

I've tried several rental options and overall I think Gwynnie Bee is the best. The clothes are well-taken care off, and the styles are varied. The brands are middle of the road (read: the clothes don't look cheap). It's easy to size correctly and the customer service is top notch! I have two complaints: 1. The more I send clothes in, the longer it takes to get replacements, and 2. Way too much plastic. I suggest that you include a label instead of a bag, and customers can return clothes in the boxes they arrived in. You get rid of the plastic and you reuse the box. It's a win/win.

I've been using Gwynnie Bee for years now, maybe at least 4 or 5 years? I love the service, usually get items that I'm excited to wear and have purchased a number of items to keep for myself. I love that they have a range of items in plus sizes, as shopping for my size is often an exercise in frustration. I've found that if you use the app to notify them for returns and make sure to scan in the label, my next items come a day or so faster. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that sometimes there is a "drought" of items that I like or a bad run of things that I get at home only to send right back. That said, it hasn't happened often over the years and I'm overall very happy with the service.

Been a member for several years now - absolutely love not having to drag through stores and especially love that I never wear the same thing twice while keeping my clothing budget controlled.

I love the free returns ! I enjoy the selection of clothes, although I wish there was more seasonal choices. I also am bummed sometimes that popular items are unavaliable when I want them. But over all very happy

Gwynnie bee needs to identify petite, average and Tall garment. I am 5'11 I have difficulties wearing most of the dresses because they are way too short for me. I cannot wear them to work. Please be considerate to tall people in the future.

The last few (3+) shipments, the clothes I received were not in my closet, not my style and did not fit well. I should be able to choose the items that are sent to me so they will be used. I have not worn the last several items sent to me. I am planning on cancelling do to poor selection and items I've been receiving. It's a waste of money for me.

A bit slow at times The primary reason for giving them only 3 stars is that it can sometimes be a bit of a delay between notifying them of a returned item and a new item being sent out - even when consistently keeping 10 or so items closeted (the more items in your closet, the better the odds that they'll have things in your size to send immediately.) For the monthly fee, I'd love a faster turnaround in order to be able to truly get my money's worth. The proferred discounts to purchase the items that you currently have at home are also rather meager. The customer service has always been very easy to reach, highly responsive and very willing to help.

I love GB! I have been a member for nearly 5 years and the variety, the quality, and the ability to get beautiful clothes in my size on a rotating basis the way that I do makes me one happy camper!

I love being able to select my own clothing, but usually the recommended items are also great, as the system is pretty savvy at learning what I like based on my ratings and how the fit was. Nice to have fashionable clothing for women who are “normally” sized.

Overall I love the program. I do feel that some items are a bit more expensive to purchase especially with the monthly cost of the membership on top of it. But overall excellent program. Would also like to see just a it more variety in nothing options

I have had Gwynnie Bee for over 2 years. I love borrowing the dresses with no pressure and my coworkers constantly mention what amazing clothes I have. Trust me, before this subscription, they never would have said that!
