I’ve been a member for almost 5 years and have mostly been really happy with the service. This past year I’ve experienced slower delivery times, and the options while appearing more diverse on the app, don’t relate to what I’ve been actually receiving. I also do not like that I can’t pause my membership without losing my rate or having to still pay. The reason I would need to pause is financial and to have to pay even a few dollars a month and still get nothing is greedy. As a member for so long, I’ve enjoyed the benefit of this service and I hoped that my loyalty would be rewarded but it’s not and I’m considering canceling service all together.

I have been using Gwynnie Bee for five years and I would be lost without it. I never wear the same thing twice anyway so Gwynnie Bee allows me that luxury without my having rooms full of clothes to warehouse. The styles and quality have proved to be 90% wonderful. If your weight fluctuates Gwynnie Bee dies too. New season...taken care of. Try it for your work wardrobe and it frees up cash for shoes and cute weekend and play clothes or save your money for a fun trip. I recommend it highly. In fact tell them I sent you when you sign up and we all win.

I really love gwynnie bee. It has totally changed the way I buy clothes. I love trying pieces and having the ability to really get used to the fit and quality of something before I buy it!

I have enjoyed Gwynnie Bee a lot, and more often than not their customer service is very good. There have only been a couple times that I have not received items in record time, and they made up for it by increasing my at home items. I almost always get favorite items from my closet, and periodically purchase something. The prices tend to be a little high for me to purchase very often. The clothes are high quality, the fit is usually very good. I always look forward to my box!

I used to be so excited to get my box, but lately I have been nothing but disappointed in the dresses I've been sent. The last 5 or 6 packages I sent back with out even trying them on because the dresses have been totally out of season and/or cheap looking. Really hoping things improve soon.

GwynnieBee helped me get my fashionista style back after having a baby. I was in a rut with my self-esteem and comfort came before anything else. My GwynnieBee subscription reminded me that fashion can be comfortable AND help you shine! I recommend this service to every woman I come onto contact with. It's a lifesaver.

I really at first enjoyed the experience. However, consistently as of late the sizes that are recommended for me are way off. Clothes being sent that are out of season has also been an issue. On the bright side the clothing is in general shipped out quickly, and for the most part in excellent condition

Long time member... Fabulous value. It keeps me out of the stores. I always have something new and fun to wear. I don't have to do laundry as often. And now my mailman is like Santa.

I love the clothes and the app but the shipping and processing is SO slow I am really not feeling like I get my money’s worth every month.

GB allows me to step out of my clothing comfort zone. I've tried brighter colors and styles I would not have chosen for myself. I've rediscovered my love of dresses and have found what styles work best for my shape. GB also gives me the opportunity to purchase items that I've fallen in love with.

I really love the variety and the ease of the program. The customer service is always prompt and helpful. My 2 suggestions for improvement would be to allow a search feature for your closet and for collections. I know that you can filter in the collections but you really can’t search your closet at all. Secondly I would recommend a tag feature fir returned items. For example if I loved sn item but didn’t buy it due to price or something, it would be great to tag it so I could get a notification when it then goes on sale in returned favorites or the outlet.

I have been using GB for years and I love it! I just have basics in my closet because I always have something new to wear. GB has excellent customer service and is easy to use with their app. I highly recommend Gwynnie Bee!!

you often hear "It's too good to be true" Well that is what I thought, but I chose to try it anyway. So glad I did. It is even better than I expected. I got off track for a few months and forgot what I ordered and might lose the clothes I ordered etc. No problem. Never got penalized or charged - It is purely the most honest up front company I have ever worked with. I haven't went shopping at a store for years-except for the stuff they don't carry. They are working to fill more categories (socks, undies,shoes,jewelry etc) Just tr it it. It si so inexpensive to try and you are not caught up in this"Oh, it was in the fine print, that you now are stuck in a long term commitment for a million dollars a month. Honestly - just try it.

Nice clothes but you need to carry sizes for petites and not focus on overweight people so much. A lot of the styles I can't get because they are in only very large sizes.

I love my Gwynnie Bee. I have only had a coupe of issues with a purchase and once on a rental (a belt was missing or I would have purchased). I have been a customer for 3 or 4 years now and I do not plan on stopping. Thanks

The only thing that is frustrating is that lately it seems like I can't get any of my priority items and a lot of things that are being sent to me are not from current picks, but things from summer closeting. I really look forward to getting new styles, and have bought quite a few of my rental items....and the best part. I am simply over trying things on in the store. My mirror at home is much more friendly.

GB delivers an incredible value for the cost. My clothes always fit, are in season and in style. Their customer service is prompt and friendly. And they ship super fast. I’ve been a subscriber for more than five years and I doubt I’ll ever quit.

Gwynnie Bee is the best clothing rental service around. They have more styles and sizes than another. I can always find clothing I like. I get compliments all the time.

The items you want never ship. I had a sweater in my cart for 6 months before it shipped. You have to have at least 6 items in your cart, or they don't ship you anything. So you put items in your cart you don't want (set the priority to low), and those are always the ones that ship. Priority levels mean nothing. You have to call to unsubscribe, and it is not to "better understand you." It is to question why you would even consider dropping their service. I don't like your clothes. I don't need to explain my life to you. 5 minutes of chat and 5 on hold, an additional offer to stay for 50% off before another hold, and then 24 hours to get me a cancelation email. Yet it took you about 6 seconds to set up my account and start taking my money. Buy more clothes, ship the items we want, and you won't have any issues keeping customers.

Love Gwynnie! It’s a life saver to have clothing delivered as often as you need it and you don’t have to even think of laundry or dry cleaning!!! So yes worth every penny!!9 I 💖 Gwynnie Bee!!
