All items purchased are high quality and are a pleasure to work out with! We had some follow up questions and the customer service was outstanding. May 24,2024The machine’s effectiveness is average at best. Please note - we had it professionally assembled. Examples - peck deck bars are too far away. I am broad with long arms and I can barely reach them. The hanging crunch bars are too wide to use and the leg press has so many leverage points it is too light to bother. You would be much better off buying less elements with better quality and weight. The rubber floor mats smell so strongly we can’t keep them inside and are going to need to return them somehow.
