Oct 16,2023I ordered my exercise bike for a great price online and it arrived quickly within the timeframe provided. The bike was easy to assemble and good quality for the price. I had some issues where the LCD screen/ installed app was incorrectly installed in Chinese instead of English. I placed in a warranty form on the website and had a response within 1 business day. Katarina from the warranty section was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to contact the manufacturer multiple times through the troubleshooting phase to come to a resolution using video aids and clear instructions. She was very quick to respond to my queries and after a few days I had my bike working in English again! I was glad the problem could be fixed at home and that I didn't have to send it away and wait for a replacement. Thank you very much for all of your help!

The shopping experience was easy and quick with the bench arriving within 2 days of ordering. Incredible service. The bench is of a Very high quality, very solid and robust. The attachments are great also. i had my mate assist with putting it together and it went well and as expected. All done within an hour. I am very happy with this new addition to my home gym.
