Feb 06,2025I had a great first experience with Gym & Fitness. I first purchased a top tier FID bench from them and then a few weeks later, small upgrades for my home gym rack. I am honestly astounded at their high level of service and communication. It seems badly lacking across many industries these days, and you even grow used to it, is the sad thing. My follow up purchase, although only small at this stage, one of their lovely staff Denise, messaged me after possibly spotting me unsure of shipping on the website. Anyway, she messaged me with a deal for shipping that I could not resist, it made my afternoon! Thanks Gym & Fitness team.

Feb 05,2025From the beginning gym and fitness were fantastic to deal with. I haven't trained in years since having kids and have developed quite the dad bod so i looked on the gym and fitness website and decided to buy the Force USA x20 Pro, A bumper plate package, a full dumbbell rack 1-40kg and the Force USA pro series fid bench. This wasn't cheap exercise by any means but its got me back training in my garage once the kids go to bed. My wife wasn't overly happy with me dropping over 14k on gym gear after not training for so long but once it arrived and she saw the quality of the Force USA setup she was happy! We now train together every night. If you're on the fence about buying a home gym just take the plunge, its so much easier just stepping into your home gym. I 100% recommend Gym and Fitness and their Force USA range!

Jan 31,2025I ordered a bench and was given a dispatch notification. 2 weeks later I had not received any further correspondence. I called the shipping company and they had not received any scans for the consignment. I then called gym and fitness and was advised that they are contacting their warehouse team about it. It has since been 5 days and despite multiple phone calls I have not received any further correspondence regarding dispatch or even any indication that they have the product. Total run around. I have asked for a refund so let's hope I can even get my money back.

Jan 29,2025I recently bought the Force USA C10 All-in-One Functional Trainer/Smith Machine, and overall, I am extremely pleased with its quality and functionality. The build quality is solid, and the machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. While the installation process was not overly difficult, it was quite time-consuming. The manual had a couple of minor inconsistencies, but they were not deal-breakers it was easy to figure out the right way. A big help was to follow the assembly video on YouTube. If you take your time and follow the instructions carefully, you should be able to complete the setup without major issues. Important Installation Tip One key consideration during installation is the positioning of the sliding cable adjustable pulleys. A Walkthrough video on the Force USA Youtube channel mentions installing the attachment handles facing outward allows for a larger inside width in the Smith machine. However, this adjustment introduces a minor issue: When using the Smith machine near the handles, the weight plates can make contact with the handles. A simple workaround is to add about a 2 inch spacer on the Smith Bar to create clearance. However, this will slightly reduce the weight capacity, preventing the addition of one 15kg-20kg bumper plate. Final Thoughts I highly recommend the Force USA C10 for anyone looking for a versatile and high-quality all-in-one trainer.

I developed rock solid posture and stability. I walk and run with my dog harnessed to my waist, this has always been difficult for me to handle, now it's a breeze. I have outstanding balance and stability.

We had a few bolts missing but picked some up to finish the job. Instructions didn’t always match what was provided and could have been slightly clearer at times but overall worth every cent

Jan 25,2025The last two products i've bought have had issues with faults. G&F are good at responding when you raise the issue, but it was up to me to constantly chase them for answers and updates on when things were being sent/shipped/fixed or what the next step would be. One fault was on a $4k sauna door which made it completely unusable, the other on the cables of a $6k gym which meant some parts could still be used but some not. Neither are cheap items so not being able to use them after only a couple of months is really frustrating. To their credit - there's never any pushback on solving the problem (which you get most places nowadays), but things seem to take way too long to fix and you only get answers when you repeatedly chase for them.
