But I emailed the problem and received a reply very quickly with them rectifying the error. Thank you for your great service.

Nov 08,2022Great service and fabulous wines. I contacted Handpicked Wine Box to see if they could supply a specific wine for my brothers birthday. They were able to offer me a choice of three. I chose and left the rest to them. It was promptly delivered with a hand written birthday message. I would definitely recommend them, perfect not only for gifts but stocking up the wine rack too.

The product I ordered was in fact not in stock and this caused a delay in delivery. However, when speaking to the office this was made clear to me and I elected to proceed notwithstanding.

Customer service is at the heart of everything they do and following a plea from me for a next day delivery, Rebecca kept me informed at every step regarding delivery of the order and went on to double check it arrived ok.
