Sep 01,2023ordered wrong size (US/UK confusion), immediately sent cancellation request (10 minutes after order), order cancellation didnt get processed by hanon before the order was with the shipping department. so i had to pay return shipping fees, which cant get refunded apparently. Customer service while friendly couldnt help with the matter. Other than that, great shop, great deals, all other purchases nothing to complain.
