Oct 16,2023I tried emailing Hanon to change my delivery address , straight after my order. But they never answered back. Just sent me an automated message after they purchased and sent my order. So was sent to wrong address. Never sent me full order and said they would refund me part of the money which they have never done.also heard the same from other customers waiting for refunds .
