I still don't have my order yet. I ordered it 15 days ago. That's just not acceptable in today's world of quick deliveries. Following up. My order did arrive yesterday on the 18th of july. Harfington did respond to my two star rating also in a timely manner. The product is as ordered and of good quality. I am upping my reading to four stars.

The lap tray is not as sturdy as u say it was. It dont open up flat so i dont know what it o say color i love but quality of this tray isnt any good. I wont buy from here again.

This is an amended review as I previously rated 1 star. In short, I placed a large order for thread rods as the turnaround time quoted was fast and I was on a timeline to finish a project. In the end they arrived 2 weeks later than quoted. I expected a delay but a week long labor holiday made finishing this job very tight. In the end they were very apologetic and reached out quickly upon returning from their holiday. The items were received in good condition and correct to spec. I will consider using them again. Just know that items coming from overseas tend to take longer than quoted.
