Apr 14,2023I placed an order on 3/30/23. I never received a notice of shipping so on 4/13 I sent an email inquiry. On 4/14 I received an email stating the item was out of stock. If I had not contacted them i would still be waiting for the item. They got a second star because the refund was prompt.

Mar 27,2023After a delay in shipping, when the package arrived, it was bent, broken open, and the item missing. I sent pictures asking for a replacement. Their reply was not immediately affirmative. After the weekend, I received an email informing me that they had no more stock and so issued a refund. I still want the item, but I was left with the impression that I had been flushed as a problem customer. Then, I was offered $5, asking me to improve my rating from 1 star to 5. I replied that they couldn't buy my 5-star rating for $5 but they could by selling me the item I wanted.

Apr 17,2023Good product, but i ordered 3/8" OD. x 2"LONG diamond wheel dresser and received a 10 MM OD. ? Would not fit my holder. Disappointed , there was no size posted on the box.
