There was an issue where they were short of the item I ordered because their website had not been updated after a phone purchase. They communicated this to me quickly and apologetically. They did not charge me shipping, even though my order total was now below the minimum for delivery. They also communicated well in terms of expected delivery. The product arrived as promised. I would definitely order from them again.

Very fast service when everyone else was out of my Zinc supplements! Only thing was they were reported as out of stock when I tried to check out, so I ordered on ebay. Then they sent me an email the next day that I had left items in my cart to finish checking out. I thought it was the order I had placed on ebay, so I completed that purchase, only to find out that it was from the Hargrave's website. I didn't realize at the time that the Ebay vendor was also Hargrave, so I double ordered. But all was good, as I was able to share my 2 purchases with my staff at my business! Thank you!
