Apr 16,2020The woman was very nice but this company is a complete scam. They said I was paying $29 and ended up charging me 199.00 and 80.00 and then when I called them they did not answer. I emailed them 3 times no response. I got a call back and she told me that because it had already been placed and hour ago I couldn't cancel it but I could send it back. I told her well I called you guys and emailed you guys 3 times 2 minutes after the order was placed. You need to cancel this now . She got her manager and they forced the order to cancel. She was s very nice lady and definitely needs a raise !

Apr 16,2020Shipment arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered - sodium chloride eye ointment. The price was lower than my local drug store. Drug store product comes in a box twice the size of the tube. Hargraves is packaged in a smaller box which makes more sense.
