Mar 08,2025I just finished my course with Harriet Ellis. The course was good structured with lessons every week, my DE Zhantelle was really supportive. For my exams they sent me mock tests that was really helpful and also questions for professional discussion preparation. Marisa was really helpful with booking my exams and I was surprised how quickly my certificate came. Thank you!

Feb 24,2025I just want to say a big thank you to Halima Ilyas for helping me prepare for my knowledge test if it wasn’t down to her motivation support I would have not passed my exam. Having many support session with Halima has truly helped strengthen my knowledge. I would always recommend Harriet Ellis to everyone as it is a good training provider any time I need help they are happily willing to help. Thank you soo much once again.

She has been amazing at helping me complete my course as best and efficiently as possible. Her feedback is always very timely and helpful. She played a huge role in helping me finish my apprenticeship. Thank you to Raanan Firmin for getting my exams sorted quickly and easily. He gave useful materials to help me revise for my exams and was answering any questions or concerns I had regarding my exams. Thank you both and Harriet Ellis!

Feb 10,2025Course was good, harriet ellis restarted my groups entire course after being 6-8 months into it which delayed it 6-8 months. They did this without informing us. Raanan Firmin, Emily Turner and Emily our tutor, were the only people who made my experience positive. If it wasn’t for them the rating would be a lot less. Raanan chased up my certificate and dealt with my qualifications towards the end. Emily Turner was so supportive and assessed my work, she was so patient in general and when marking my work and helped me through difficult times. Emily, my tutor was amazing she always had energy at 9am and pushed us to learn and explore other opportunities. I joined Harriett ellis in feb 2022 and qualified feb 2024. Still not too bad but had to be on an apprentice wage for an extra 6-8months which was the downfall.

Feb 10,2025As a PM I have used HE for many years for my apprentices, I am indeed on my 4th one. Recently I used another company due to the t&c'c from the agency she came through, not by choice. I very quickly realised the structure wasn't working for us as a practice and customer service wasn't great. I called HE and Danielle came to the rescue, super communicative and understanding as always. I now have my new apprentice moved to the HE course and all is well again. Thanks to senior management for giving it the go ahead too. 5stars from me once again for HE who have proved to be a well managed and well structured reliable training provider.

Feb 07,2025I sat my NVQ dental nursing course with Harriet Ellis and would like to mention that Emily Kineally was a great teacher and Raanan Firmin from head office was also very supportive and answered all my enquires quickly, whenever I was worried he was always contactable and helped me as best as he could.

Feb 07,2025My experience wouldn't of been as good without having Jenny Kelly as my DE. She has been amazing and really helped me through out my whole experience. I have struggled with my work and she has alway been their by supplying me with confidence or providing me with calls to go over my work. I really believe she wants me to pass and wants what is best for me and i wouldn't want to do this journey with any other DE.

Feb 07,2025Such a rewarding course that allows further progression. Raanan Firmim sorted out my exam dates quickly and efficiently. He also set out study plan and allocated an educator to help go over test and complete revision. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to pass.
