Feb 01,2024Would give 0 star if I could. I wasted a whole year on the Dental nursing apprenticeship. In the beginning the team seem kind and supportive as you go on you realise your DE changes every month they overload you with work and do not support you in the way you need. The admin side are very bad at replying to emails. They kick you off your course and blame you knowing that mitigating factors that have effected your ability to complete work on time and they do NOTHING to help you. Avoid this school!!! The good reviews are from the admin team when you initially enrol onto the course and find a workplace they ask you to write a review which at that point in the course you have nothing bad to say. That is until you actually start the course and realise how rubbish this company is. The tutor herself was a kind women so this review has nothing to do with her however I believe the problem lays with admin and DE's. If you need a training provider try tempdent.

Feb 01,2024DO NOT GIVE THEM A REVIEW IMMEDIATELY! really dissatisfied with the consultants you have working, should have check the reviews before applying for an apprenticeship in Dental Nurse l, they are not supportive training provider when one of their consultants refuses to respond to my emails (Shannyn), they’re not so forgiving and quickly to write you off. Not only that they don’t give you the full information about the training or the course before even being employed by a dental practice! I get many dentals telling me to come back in a few weeks for an interview because the course begins on the 25th march! So what is the rush! be patient with your client! and give us some useful information to better prepare what we have signed up to. I’ll be looking at other training providers that’ll do a better job than this one, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
