I'm sure it said free returns when I was shopping but now I have received 2 hats which would barely fit a child it now looks as if postage back to German is at my cost. Reply from seller not true for goods received in the UK at least. Goods were returned to their UK 3PL on 05/02/2025 and they still haven't acknowledged receipt on 20/02/25.
I purchased the Veramon Ear Warmers and, honestly, this is the worst product I’ve bought in a long time. They’re so expensive for what they are, and they’re so itchy. Oh, and they absolutely don’t keep your ears warm. Save your money folks, a cheap pair on Amazon will be better.
I ordered before I viewed Trust Pilot UK so was naturally resigned to something happening with transaction (Euro review site 'trustedshops' reviews do fair much much better). However, I ordered a Eisbar Ski Hat 30th December and it was delivered to myself in UK 8th January. Packaged extremely well and aesthetically with tissue paper. Product is excellent. I can only tell you as it is. Delightfully surprised.
The customer service has been absolutely appalling ordered items and paid extra for Express delivery which included taxes expecting delivery and then from nowhere a customs charge before items would be delivered, which was not in the terms and conditions. Still White and refund without goods for Christmas and the customer service has been non-existent! Beware!
Ordered 4/12 it’s now 17/12 and apparently it will arrive on 19/12. NOT A UK COMPANY. Do not be fooled by email address.

Appalling. Delivery was fast enough but return was painful. None of the instructions about return on the web worked. Filled the form via their return portal, got a returning label with code, which was supposed to be a prepaid label according to their instructions. Then again followed the instructions, took the parcel to post office, didn't work, took to DHL, didn't work, took to DPD, didn't work. I had to contact them and was told I had to pay for the postage first, then they would refund. I got refund 3 weeks later.
Delivery took 12 days, despite their website stating express delivery will be no more than 5 days by DPD. They did not offer to refund the delivery charges until I suggested they should. Please do not use them, as you will be disappointed on delivery.

From purchase to return to refund took almost 6 weeks. Don't expect any communication from them, they don't reply to emails. German-based company that looks UK based, but it will take longer to receive your items because of Brexit. Returns address is UK. But as they weren't replying, I didn't know if I'd see a refund (I did, 2 weeks after returning).
Be aware when you order from this company that they are not UK based!!! Placed an order and received confirmation and then shipping confirmation the next day 19/4/24. Tracking on Royal Mail is currently showing nothing other than item leaving France 6 days ago. Contacted customer services and a very in commital reply. Not sure if I’m going to receive this order!!! Edit 02/05/2024 After a week of nothing on the tracking of my order I finally received notification today and order was delivered. I guess patience is a virtue after all. Just be prepared for about a two week wait after placing order.
Read reviews before ordering I didn't, says uk email address but are a German based company, so items despatch from Germany, but why use a horse and cart and a rowing boat and the snail delivery company. Ignored emails about delivery customer service non existence.
I recently made a purchase from Hatshopping, ordering three items. Unfortunately, my experience with their service has been nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, one of the items I received did not meet my expectations, so I initiated a return process. To my dismay, I was required to cover the return shipping costs myself. What truly exacerbated the situation was the complete lack of communication from Hatshopping's end. Despite returning the item and repeatedly reaching out to inquire about the status of my refund, I received neither confirmation of the return nor any indication that a refund was being processed. My attempts to contact their customer service team have been futile, as I have yet to receive a response to any of my inquiries. This lack of responsiveness is incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience with Hatshopping has been extremely disappointing, marked by poor service, lack of communication, and a failure to uphold basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering making a purchase from this company.
SCAM ARTISTS. My wife ordered a Beret from this outfit and she has had problems with this company ever since. 1 - Received Beret - Extremely poor quality and didn't resemble the products advertised. 2 - Contacted Hat Shopping customer service - Basically no service. After many attempts, advised to return via Hat Shopping return note. 3 - Return note never had details of returns shipper's name or who to take this to. 3 - Attempted return - Went to the Post Shop, and other parcel companies. Never heard of them!!! The return note wasn't worth the paper it was written on.!!! COULD NOT RETURN 4 - Website reviews - On their website it shows glowing reviews. Try and place your own review for this company on their site. It won't allow access. 5 - DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.
Ordered 3 items from this retailer after looking specifically for Stetson hats. Foolishly didn't check trust pilot for reviews before hand! Received an email confirmation of my order advising of delivery within the 5-7day window I paid for shipping along with a note to advise that no import taxes, VAT or other customs charges would apply to my order and that I could relax and look forward to taking receipt of my new hats. After 3 weeks, I email and ask for an update on my delivery as nothing received - no response. a few days later, I get notification from Royal Mail that a £45.44 customs charge is applicable before the order can be delivered to me. I email Hatshopping again - no response. I try calling the customer services number on 2 separate occasions - no response. in fact each time I call I get the recorded message advising me to call back within their office hours of 9-5 (I called on both occasions at about 4pm). Luckily for me, I used PayPal to make payment so have raised a case with them in a bid to get my money back - this is ongoing and so far (3 days in) they are still to respond to the raised case with PayPal! Non existent customer services so don't expect any after sales care or 2 way communication from them - avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to trade!
I was really worried as I only read the reviews after I had ordered. Absolutely brilliant service. Ordered ski gloves. I couldn’t get the size and colour in the uk and I paid for expedited shipping. Immediate acknowledgment and tracking sent to me next day. Delivered before I even expected them. Completely perfect. It is true that the help line is in German and they dispatch from Germany as well. Nothing but a positive experience and good price for quality goods.
I ordered a hat that was never delivered. Have sent 2 emails to the support address, and had no response for a month!! Absolutely terrible, and they have essentially stolen £22 from me. Called the customer support number countless times, and no one is ever picked up…..
You have to pay for returns and wait for it to be reimbursed to you which is a joke. The customer service team are rather condescending didn’t specify they needed an IBAN number until third email of repeating myself of sending my account details. No official document about my exchanged product being sent out nor tracking number provided despite me requesting it. Won’t be using this company again too much repetition and lack of clarity.
