Feb 17,2025I didn’t really know what I wanted and gave a very broad idea. Demi was the travel agent who I spoke with. She worked with me for a number of days looking at places I asked and recommending places. We are a large family and room situations are usually the biggest issue but Demi worked to manage this well. Demi was extremely patient with myself, did not put pressure on me to make a decision quickly and took her time. over the course of a few days was able to find something which would work for my family. Demi was fabulous at keeping in touch, but amazingly didn’t overdo the phone calls to myself which I found fab because usually in this situation you end up with constant calls coming in . I can’t thank Demi enough for the support she provided me with. I can now look forward to our holiday and know if anything comes up before the date that Demi will be able to support myself
