Janine was informative, friendly and helpful- she had a difficult task to find us a deal that would please all of us ( age range 6 to mid 70’s) and in a warm enough climate - she offered several different options and we had booked by the end of the day. Hay’s help did not stop there, their follow up contact with us continues to be professional and helpful.
