Feb 16,2025Efficiently dealt with my hotel and date requirements but I later discovered another tour operator gave the same requirements at a considerably lower cost. Brochure for the latter tour operator were readily available in the branch I visited.As I had paid for the holiday in full, I was told nothing could be done.

The young man that we got Chris was very professional at getting us a holiday that we both could afford. He was a nice polite young man who got us a holiday present Tenerife. He went over all the details with us telling us when we had to pay our final deposit. I would highly recommend Hays travel agency asking for Chris who will look after you and assist you in getting the holiday of your choice.

She also chatted pleasantly whilst carrying out her searches, informing us what she was finding giving us time to discuss options. My fellow travelers were very impressed and would use this Hayes travel shop again for their future holiday bookings. i have used this for many years and have always found the staff to be excellent.

Emma, who served us was so brilliant and her knowledge of places to go was just what we needed. It's so nice to speak to someone who knows how to advise and help customers. It is a lovely experience all round. The store has a lovely relaxed feeling.
