Established in 2015, we are a clinical homecare company, specialising in delivering homecare services to patients.
We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.
There are currently over 190,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.
Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.
We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.
For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

Lucky I was in - I was about to leave the house in preparation to return for the planned delivery - 9:47 - 11:47 was the expected 2 hr window but they arrived at 7:55. Really good service if I wanted them at that time but not great if I was out and then returned l, would they come back on the estimated window?

Feb 17,2025Very informative and helpful, with information adapted to my own personal needs and circumstances. The nurse was obviously very experienced, knew her subject well and was really good at her job. Had some problems attending the 3CX video conference, as all my devices are Apple and default to using Safari, which is not supported - this should be easy to resolve for all platforms by 3CX, but would not be easy for users that are not IT literate to come up with workarounds and implement them under time pressure at the time of their appointment.
