Established in 2015, we are a clinical homecare company, specialising in delivering homecare services to patients.
We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.
There are currently over 190,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.
Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.
We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.
For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

Driver was early 35 mins I was not at home neighbour took in medication but could not take ful box of used stuff he said it was his last delivery I was home at 12 45pm
Late delivery
Delivered to the wrong address Waited in until 12:15, the text said 09:43-11:43, I phoned up to get the addressed changed to my mums as a last result as we didn’t want to reorder. I phoned my mum, to my surprise they had already been delivered by10:00 you her address. The text was clearly Pangborne close and not wingate until I had called at 12:15 to change the delivery. So we stayed in waiting, I called but no one could contact the driver, only to say he was on time, which in fact he never delivered to the correct address.
Helpful to have email and text for delivery updates. Driver was polite. Items came as described.

Not good getting a two hour delivery window the night before. Makes it impossible to manage work commitments. Would be better if weekend or evening deliveries were possible.
