Jun 10,2024Unprofessional attitude. Please dnt buy from these people...they dnt have any concrete buy back policy in place. My mother passed away in January , used the hospital bed for hardly 3 months. Totally in new condition. I called them up twice in within 6 months, to return the hospital bed. First they were very courteous an then they started to show their true colors. Started bargaining to return the bed at 6000 rs which i bought for 30000 rs. Even laughed on my face and mocked me. Mr Ishan is a very unprofessional person (head of returns), kept saying will call you back, and never did. Customer care is the same story. Please confirm from the business first on Buy Back Policies and then buy their stuff. Will save you lot of headaches and dealing with people like Mr Ishan. If they did not wanted it back- they could have been direct and stated the same.Instead of making people beat around the bushes, especially when they are passing through some tough times.
