Jan 05,2020I tried shilajit about a year ago during the winter months for the first time and was very happy with this natural and healthy product. It gave me a boost of energy everyday that I was missing beforehand. I tend to feel more tired and sluggish in winter and this helped IMMENSELY! It made me feel awake and ready for the day and took away any mental fog I had. I'm not a fan of the taste which is more noticable when I add it to tea so I usually mix it in my coffee which masks the taste. Love this product and definitely recommend it🏅
