Had a blend from Hebridean tea store at a tea house we stopped at during a visit to Lewis and Harris (Blackhouse tea) and asked where they got it. Now I order it and other great teas from Hebridean Tea store website and get them quickly even all the way here in the USA. Thank you for a taste of Scotland!

Dec 13,20215 days from placing order online to receiving it via Royal Mail. Order was one item short. Phoned Immediately after opening and the lady I spoke to was very apologetic and gave a possible explanation. She gave me a dispatch date and the item was received in 4 days via Royal Mail. Not tried the teas yet but having bought them from HTS before I won't be disappointed. Well pleased with the service from both HTS & Royal Mail

I have always been delighted by the top notch quality of everything I have purchased, from cakes and biscuits, coffees and even the occasional infusion. The packaging has always been sturdy, protecting the delights inside and always arrives on time.

Dec 03,2021Ordering online is easy, a very well laid out “shop” makes it a joy to order from them. A very fast delivery 1 day delivery from Stornaway to the Central belt of Scotland is amazing. The coffee and tea was very well presented, and the outer packaging was superb. Very good communication after I emailed to thank them for a very fast delivery. I would highly recommend this company they will not disappoint.
