Jan 23,2020I gave the parts sales person the model # and serial # for two refrigeration units - attempting to order door gaskets. I was sent and charged for 5 identical gaskets. I needed 2 gaskets for one unit (same size gasket) and 1 different size gasket for the other unit. Now, I have to pay for shipping to re-order the one smaller gasket (I already paid shipping once) plus I now have to return 3 gaskets and wait for credit. I should NOT have to pay shipping for the second order that just corrected your employee's error.

Jan 22,2020Rarely does Heritage not have what I need. If that is the case, they will contact the Mfgrs & get it for me with what ever desired shipping method I choose. Returns , when one occurs , no problems at all . Heritage is awesome
