Rented a G63 AMG for a long weekend - the team had spec’d this brand new car to the absolute maximum with every option included from factory, including the best colour (matte black) in my opinion for this vehicle. This made the entire experience even more fun and worthwhile. The team is friendly and helpful at every step from the first enquiry through to returning the car, and they are more than happy to accommodate any request in between. They also respond instantly over the phone and by email which is hugely appreciated. I will be back soon to try out other options in their impressive line-up and would happily recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the same. 10/10.

Collecting the car from Bayswater was straightforward, I have encountered the staff here for the last 3 christmases and they are all polite, friendly and professional. Returning the car to Marble Arch was problematic. The security man (a large, Eastern European man) was completely distracted by being on his phone. I parked at the top of the entrance for around 10 minutes, I hand gestured to him that I would like him to lift the barrier so I can return the vehicle. He ignored me. Eventually, I got out of the car and asked him how I return the car. He was rude, abrupt and shouted at me to move forward to the barrier. Somehow, this incident overshadowed the positive experience of hiring the vehicle. Hertz customers should not be subject to being ignored, shouted at and treated contemptuously by any member of your staff. Disappointing!
Responded very quickly when I had an unfortunate accident (through no fault of my own). Replacement vehicle was promptly given. Cannot fault them.
