The staff made our appointment feel really personal and intimate, they shared your excitement and joy as though you were the only client they had seen that day even though it was evident this was not the case. We could definitely see why it is so popular for parents to be. We will definitely be back for our gender scan!

Jun 17,2024We have had several private scans at hey baby and every experience has been brilliant. The clinic is lovely, staff really friendly and the scans have been great, with the most recent one being a 4d scan. They talk through everything and ask if there are any questions. I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time and I thought it was lovely how they seemed to be as excited about seeing our baby as we did! I would highly recommend.

Jun 15,2024Very friendly and helpful staff in both reception and scanning room. Very clean and welcoming environment. The lady scanning for the baby’s gender was very helpful, patient and persistent when our baby had his legs crossed! Would definitely recommend!

Jun 11,2024After turning up to the wrong Hey Baby branch the ladies were very helpful and managed to fit me in for a gender scan. So thankful for their help! They gave us such a happy and welcoming experience. From the minute we walked in all of the ladies were so friendly and reassuring. Our sonographer showed and explained what we were seeing on the screen which was incredible. Would definitely recommend this place.

Mel the sonographer was amazing kept me at ease as I was so anxious 😬 made me feel comfortable and regain confidence to see our little miracle thank you again definitely using this company again.
