Jun 04,2024Avoid this clinic if you are looking for reassurance. I booked this clinic for early reassurance for my 2nd baby. Upon arrival, it wasn't a warm welcome at all. Waited for the sonographer who greeted me by asking if I have had any bleeding to which I responded that I hadn't. I found it odd that she thought it would be appropriate to ask this type of question so early on in the appointment when these situations are very scary as it is. She did an external scan initially, with this huge screen up in front of me on the wall projected so I could see everything. She was saying how I am earlier on than I thought I was, and threw the "m" word out there a lot which obviously made me feel very uncomfortable. She then asked to do an internal scan, to which I accepted. She didn't even guide me through this, and really hurt me whilst doing so. I have had plenty of internal scans before, none of which have been this uncomfortable. She then said there was still nothing to see and that I should go back next week. As I left, I tried to ask a number of questions and she didn't give me any answers. We called back when we got home to ask for a report, and they declined. We left with nothing! I decided to call the early pregnancy unit at the hospital and was seen by them 4 days later. Within minutes, they found an embryo and a heart beat measuring correctly. The hospital have encouraged me to formally complain about this clinic, and I think it is right. People shouldn't do this job if they lack such empathy and care. I had 4 days of worry and fear waiting for my hospital scan, worrying that it wasn't ok, when luckily in my case it was. Do not have your early reassurance scan here, no one should have to go through the feelings I went through last week, let alone a woman in her first trimester of pregnancy.

Jun 01,2024I’ve been here for 2 scans during my pregnancy. My first at 6 weeks, when my husband and I just wanted reassurance that all was going well with the pregnancy before we told our family. The second, when I had my parents visiting from America at 30 weeks. I’m both sessions I was met with kind and caring members of staff. Everyone was so knowledgeable and the whole experience was a joy! I especially loved the 30 week 4D scan! It was so worth it as we got a good look at our baby girl and were able to share the special moment with my parents and in laws. I highly recommend coming here for any type of scan you’re looking for. Thank you to all the ladies in the office that made our experience so special!

Jun 01,2024I just want to say thank you to those at Radcliffe branch for the reassurance of my pregnancy. I had a hard week not knowing if my pregnancy was still viable from a previous early scan . But today the staff were amazing took me through everything step by step and explained everything to me. I’m grateful for your service and will be back soon in the future for a 4D scan with the family.

May 28,2024This was our second scan at Hey Baby Radcliffe. We’ve had an early reassurance and now our gender scan and it’s been such a lovely experience both times. The sonographers and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and really make the experience enjoyable and make you feel like you’re the only people in the world. We’ve previously had a loss and informed the staff of this at our reassurance scan and they were incredibly sensitive and we felt so supported and cared for. I will definitely be back later in my pregnancy and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a scan as the service is impeccable.

May 28,2024Compared to the branch in Acocks Green, the service and the information provided here was exceptional. We were a bit sceptical at booking in at Solihull due to our unwelcoming and rushed appoint at Acocks Green but I am so glad that we did in the end. The female sonographer who works in the evening (apologies as I cannot remember her name was) was very gentle, polite, informative, prompt and incredibly reassuring. Thank you.

The sonographer was very professional at the same time as making us feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything I was looking at. She seems just as excited about seeing baby as we did! A lovely way to find out the gender of our baby and it was lovely to be able to bring our 6 year old daughter with us too. Thank you!
