Jul 20,2023Cannot fault Hey-Baby for all the scans they’ve done for me and my baby. The staff have been so determined to get me a 4D picture of my baby. Rescheduled the appointment 3 times just to see if they could get a 4D picture. We are all so chuffed when baby cooperated and gave us what we’d been waiting for. I cannot fault the experience I’ve had at this place, would highly recommend anyone to go here.

Jul 19,2023I went for an early gender scan at Hey Baby when I was just over 16 weeks pregnant. It was a lady doing the scan and she wasn’t sure of the gender and asked us to return the following week. We did as she said and went back the following Sunday. Again during this appointment she couldn’t tell the gender, so we came back an hour later for the same response. The issue is, I understand it isn’t a guarantee but throughout all 3 times we visited, the lady was just very reserved, didn’t really say much regarding the baby’s wellbeing etc. unless prompted and even then, didn’t really address the person speaking. She had no enthusiasm, all 3 times did not manage to get any clear photos/shots of our baby and when it came to the gender side of things she made it clear she felt she had an idea and was 70% sure, but then followed on to say this might change at your 20 week NHS scan in 2 weeks so don’t be mad if it does, then after that statement of doubt just lite the room up. Myself, partner and close family members all left feeling really deflated and if I’m honest, having absolutely no confidence in what she said. The whole experience from start to finish over all 3 scans has been so disappointing and deflating. When you pay for a service like this for such a special occasion you should not leave having the emotions we felt. Having said the above, I cannot fault the receptionist. I expressed my concerns to her and she was very polite and understanding and has helped me come to a resolution - she is 10/10.

Jul 19,2023We visited Hey Baby in wandsworth this week. The experience was amazing. The venue was lovely and I felt very comfortable. The sonographer really knew her stuff and I felt relaxed and in safe hands. We got to see our baby for the first time, which was healthy and bouncing around. It really put my mind at ease.

Jul 18,2023It was our third scan here and every time is amazing, staff are so kind and caring and our Sonographer R. MCLaren was incredible taking the time to explain everything we were seeing and so reassuring for me as a first time mum! I definitely recommend choosing Hey baby 4D Halifax if you are unsure where to go, especially for early reassurance scans, our first one at 8 weeks was just magic and soothed my anxiety.

Jul 11,2023Visited here at the weekend for the well-being and 4D scan! All the staff were so welcoming and made us feel at ease throughout. The Sonographer was brilliant, talking us through each stage of the scan. We paid for the heartbeat teddy and digital video download of the scan and pictures. We got to chose from a wide range of teddy’s and received the digital images and videos within minutes of leaving. Such a lovely experience and would highly recommend to anyone considering it.
