The scan itself was led in a very professional and thorough manner. We were given incredibly insightful information. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Jun 14,2023We had a walk-in appointment which was quick and the receptionist booked us on quickly and the sonographer made us feel very comfortable and did a great job, we had the VIP scan service and would definitely recommend Hey baby at Dartford

Jun 13,2023I wouldn't recommend but I also wouldn't tell to avoid. Our experience felt extremely rushed and judge we travelled nearly 2 hours as it was the closest one to us and I had emptied my bladder on the way as a pregnant woman can not hold her bladder that long I had made sure to drink a bottle of water before we went in however we constantly got told how empty my bladder was and how hard it was to find baby. We didn't feel like they cared and what was meant to be a 15 minute appointment was only 5-7 minutes we didn't get to see the heartbeat for too long as they pointed there's the heart it's beating and moved on. I'm glad this wasn't my first scan as I would of been really disappointed with it

Jun 10,2023We had our 4D scan here and I could not recommend them enough. The receptionists were lovely and the sonography was fantastic. Our baby was been naughty but she still managed to get some good pictures and tried her best. I would definitely come back here for any future scans.

Jun 04,2023A friend recommended Hey baby and we went for a 16 wk gender scan, we were so happy with service we went again at 27 wk for a 4D. The reception staff are friendly and inviting, engaging in conversation in the waiting area. You recieve a warm welcome. The sonographer was amazing. She was friendly and welcoming. She explained everything during the scan and was thorough with the checks. She had a great sense of humour and really put us at ease. On the 1st 4D appointment baby wasn't playing the game so we didn't get any photos. She invited us back a few days later and we got some amazing pictures. They are accommodating with appointments and will change them without hassle if they are able to. The rooms are clean and professional. There is a separate room at the side of the scan room which you can use after for privacy without having to go straight back to reception. Overall we had a really lovely scan experience and wouldn't hesitate in recommending! Thankyou hey baby!

Jun 04,2023Great place and staff! I had a wellbeing and 4D scan. The baby was not showing her little face so we could see anything on the 4D scan. They did the wellbeing one and rebooked us 2 weeks later for the 4D (at no extra cost). The second time we saw her ! The sonographer was great. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend Hey Baby
