Apr 12,2022I bought 2 hiplok airlocks a couple of years ago - great products and very secure. Recently I lost the keys to one of them. I hadn’t registered the codes with hiplok so thought I’d give them a call to maybe see if they could help. I spoke to Kate who was very sympathetic to my cause despite this being my own stupid fault! She offered to email me with some instructions for a locksmith and also volunteered to copy in the founders of the company so that the locksmith could get in touch with them if there was difficulty getting the lock open! Great service. A little later she called me back as her email to me had bounced back, which I also thought was good tenacity. Overall I thought this was a great bit of customer service and hiplok should be proud of having Kate as a frontline customer facing agent having to deal with muppets like me - moral of the story - register your key codes when you install your locks. Oh, I found the keys after all that!

Fantastic offering of locks and other bike related security options 👌 My Hiplock Superbrite is my daily driver and I feel secure in the knowledge that my steed is safe and sound when locked up with this great bit of kit! I have used several types of lock but nothing has come close to this one, heavy but easily carried on the hips and once it's clipped on you hardly notice its there, also doesn't interfere with riding the bike. In short, buy one, well worth the investment and is also rated by various insurance providers! Will buy again (I suspect not for quite a while though!).

Dec 16,2021We bought a Hiplok Ankr to help protect and secure our bikes. It features a very clever design that prevents its removal while a chain or lock is in place. It’s also very durable and looks sleek. Not long after installation someone tried to tamper with it. They only got as far as removing a rubberized cover before realizing they couldn’t do anything else. The best part is, I wrote Hiplok afterwards and they’re sending me a new replacement cover for free. So you can add great customer service to a great product.

Dec 16,2021I was very pleased with my purchase. I have used it on several occasions. I have used it to lock up several different bikes. It is made very durable. Wearing it when bike riding is also comfortable. Easy to set combination and have had no problems opening or closing it.

Dec 15,2021Being a fast food bicycle courier and spotting this reward partner it is the best combination for locking your bike, I use the hiplock lite gold and the DX D-lock for my front wheel and have the D lock cradle mount, I even take the waist lock with me and use it for the back wheel of my scooter, very well made, robust and intuitive design, on a daily basis I can find myself using the hiplocks 50 or more times and they have never let me down, I even registered for the life time warranty and got some spare keys 🔑 sent out, I do not think anyone has even given them a sniff. Truly love them absolute life saver. I hear so many couriers having their bikes stolen even locked up from their homes, and have had bicycle stolen before, so this bit of kit is essential. I even have the Z lock zip ties for my back pack to keep things safe and am planning on using them for panniers et cetera I can not recommend them enough, intuitive company with the best products that must have been well researched and developed to have these quality products The only thing I would say is the DX D lock in the bottle cage cradle mount does rattle a lot, you can use some Velcro or a strap heck even the z lock to tether it down but I gave up on it and just get on with it The locks are also relatively light hence the name Lite I guess; compared to others they are extremely light especially for a gold sold secure design, maybe 8 time lighter then others of same standard. Hopefully we may see some Diamond standard, I am planning on getting another for my motorcycle, maybe that will also be Hiplock, the customer service of this company also sets it apart from others which is great and what you want when dealing with anyone, my Z lock number lock did fail but I am not sure what the cause of that was so I can not comment on that one .

May 03,2022The tracking number wasn't provided to me upon shipment which, combined with the post person's error resulted in me not knowing what happened to the parcel and that it was stuck at the post office for 6 days. Unpleasant experience. However, when I emailed support they (Kay) were immediately very helpful and approachable and sent me my tracking details. Just wish it had been done earlier. Lock looks good and strong.
