The bill was 120 euros, afterwards I had to pay 80 Euros taxes additionally. I think it would be nice, if you give your customers full transparency on the real costs.

I was charged an additional €41.10 to cover EC duties by the delivery company on an order of €119 delivered to Ireland. There was no indication when I ordered that I would have to pay any additional duties and the item was priced in euro. Had I known the full cost, I wouldn't have purchased the item ( as good as it is).

Good service for on-line purchase, In comparison to a lot of cycle locks was lightweight.The weight was essential so my nephew for whom it was purchased could carry with him to secure cycle whilst out and about with his friends.

I bought a hiplok gold. It worked well for the first year but suddenly i couldn’t turn the key anymore. My bicycle was locked at a train station at the time. Now i have a really good secured bike i cant use. Luckily the lock was more expensive than the bike…

Nice design, fails in practice though. I bought 4 of these after we had some ski equipment stolen from a chalet in Montana. The idea is fantastic, the second time I tried to use the one I keep with me it would not stay secure. A light tug was enough to undo the zip tie. I won't be trusting these to keep anything safe! Even if the tie is hard to cut through, it isn't good if a quick tug will undo it.

Brilliant design The spin bike lock is excellent - I got one for my son and I kept on borrowing it so getting another. When cycling it you barely notice you are wearing it but it feels really sturdy when locking up bikes. Best of both worlds - would highly recommend. Great for teenagers as they don't have to take a bag - just clip it round their waists.

I ordered a Hiplok DX through Wiggle and I am so pleased with the product. I bought this lock as I’m always forgetting to take mine and it has been brilliant. It arrived within a few days and was easy to fit to my bike. The lock is easy to remove and feels super robust, nobody is going to be able to take my bike! Also looks good and not too bulky. I’m now going to order one for my daughter to use for cycling to school. I definitely recommend this product.

Excellent customer service. I ordered through Amazon and strangely received a DX Lock with no keys. I contacted Hiplok immediately and they responded very quickly with a solution to offer me a replacement free of charge. They also arranged for the existing lock to be picked up by a courier for return, saving me the hassle of going through the return and refund process with Amazon.

Wow these guys have the most amazing customer service in the world! I'm in the US and emailed them because my combination stopped working and I was obviously "locked out". They send a replacement within a week all the way from the UK! Amazing. Great product too. Love it.
