Jayne was flexible in arranging pick up and return. She was also transparent in detailing hiring costs of various options and allowed me to try two different capsules before hire so that I could ensure the capsule worked for my baby. I would recommend her services.

May 12,2020I hired a Maxi Cosi capsule for $270 for six months. The capsule was terrible the straps were stuck, it was impossible to tighten or loosen, you could never get it done up to the safety strap. The quality was terrible zero star rating. When I tried to return /exchange it I was told there were no other brands available. I was stuck using this over priced piece of rubbish for six months and everytime I used it I felt sick that I was using such a poor quality capsule to put my child in the car with and totally ripped off for the money I spent I regret not buying a new one. I couldn't wait to give it back and I would never rent one again or recommend anyone to use them.
