May 11,2020Amazing service! Came to our house to install the baby capsule into our car (was very quick). Called and emailed a week before it was due to be returned - we needed a bit more time as the COVID lockdown meant we hadn't been able to buy a new carseat. They were super understanding and let us keep the capsule for a further week at no charge. I would highly recommend. Also the capsule we hired was brand new so was obviously in perfect condition. Saved us having to buy one that would only be used for 6 months.
